Student Visa?
If you are a British or Irish Citizen, you do not need a Student Visa to study in the UK. Not everyone without British or Irish citizenship will need a Student Visa to study with us though; you are exempt from requiring a Student Visa if any of the following apply:
- You are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen with settled or pre-settled status in the UK
- You have indefinite leave to remain in the UK
- You have the right to work in the UK
- You have refugee status in the UK.
If any of the above applies to you, then you do not need to apply for a Student Visa to study in the UK and should complete this application form to study at Stonebridge University.
